Mixed physical-digital good are partially refundable and physical goods are refundable as long as the items are still sealed and unused. The costs for return shipping will be borne by you. You are entitled to a replacement if the goods arrive in a damaged condition. In such a case please report it to your delivering company immediately, then contact us.
